Personally, I understand what it’s like to desire change but feel stuck in the same old patterns. It’s exhausting, discouraging, and frustrating. I get it. Like you, I’ll be learning, struggling, stretching, and maturing for the rest of my life.
Through the years I’ve spent doing my own inner work so far, I’ve learned that my life, work, and relationships thrive more when I relax my habitual patterns, recognize my inherent strengths, and learn how to take leadership over my own life. I help my clients do this by utilizing a combination of Enneagram-based practices and effective models of therapy.
The Enneagram is a personal growth and spiritual development tool that provides a common language for doing inner work with more curiosity, compassion, and clarity. As a client working with an Enneagram-trained counselor, your counseling experience will feel more tailor-made for you. You can learn how to recognize the inherent strengths and blind spots from your distinct vantage point and access new ways of living without the limitations of personality. You’ll also find more fulfillment in your career and relationships.
If you’d like help identifying and relaxing the strategies that are no longer serving you and keeping you from being the best version of yourself, working with a professionally trained Enneagram practitioner may be a good fit for you. I’m happy to answer any questions you may have about working with me for individual or couples sessions via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or phone.
I provide counseling using Enneagram-based practices to individuals and couples at Enjoyco Counseling & Wellness located in the greater Nashville, Tennessee area. Of course, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, I am offering virtual counseling sessions to anyone in the state of Tennessee through our HIPAA-compliant telehealth software that functions similarly to Zoom, Skype, or FaceTime.
